An Israeli court rejected a soldier’s appeal against his arrest on charges he participated in the murder of a teen-ager in Canada last month. Judge Daniella Wexler ruled that Daniel Weiz’s appeal was filed too late. Under an Israeli law passed last year, Weiz could be extradited to Canada for trial, but serve his sentence in Israel.
