A. Osherovitch, recently elected member of the Central Executive Committee of White Russia, has been appointed vice-president of the national minority committee of the Central Executive Committee.

Osherovitch has frequently been criticized by the Moscow Jewish Communists for his mild attitude toward the declassed Jews of White Russia. He replaced Beilin on the General Executive Committee. The latter was compelled to resign because of his mild attitude toward the declassed Jews which was then considered heresy.
