Over Arab party leaders’ objections, the Arab Youth Organization today decided to go ahead with its plans to call a strike in connection with the return from England of High Commissioner Sir Arthur Grenfell Wauchope. The chief executive of Palestine is expected back Thursday. Leaders of Arab parties, at a conference recently, decided against the Arab Youth Organization’s projected strike, the purpose of which is to dramatize a protest against alleged smuggling of arms and ammunition by Jews.
