Now that the Arab newspaper Jamai el Arabia has been suppressed for publishing an appeal to Arab youth by Jemal Husseini to continuing guarding the coast against illegal Jewish immigration, the possibility looms that Husseini will be prosecuted for violating a bond to maintain good behavior for three years.

Husseini, one of the Arab leaders, upon his release last month after he had been detained on a charge of implication in the rioting last November, was made to promise he would not engage in illegal political activity, under which heading it is believed his appeal to the youth comes.

Another Arab leader set at liberty last month, Sheik Abdul Kader Muzaffar, refused to sign the bond and was sent to prison for six months. No prohibition was imposed upon legal political activity.
