A move toward goodwill between the Jews and Arabs in Palestine was made by the Hebrew Technicum in Haifa.
The Technicum opened a special course yesterday for the Arab carpenters. Instruction is given in Hebrew. Thirteen Arabs who understand the Hebrew language are attending the course.
