Argentina’s central Jewish institution hosted a tribute for Jewish victims of the country’s former military dictatorship. Tuesday’s tribute at the AMIA Jewish center in Buenos Aires came a day before the anniversary of the beginning of the dictatorship, which lasted from 1976 to 1983.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
