“Israel House,” a two-story edifice donated to the Israeli Government by Moshe Perel, a local Zionist leader, and which is expected to house the future Israeli consulate in this country, was opened here today by Arieh Chill, Israeli official in charge of the visa-issuing department of the Israeli mission to Argentina.

The first visa to Israel to be issued to an Argentinian was given yesterday to Michael Graiver, a director of the Jewish National Fund office here. A special Hebrew and Spanish-language shortwave radio broadcast was beamed to Tel Aviv from this city on the eve of Rosh Hashanah. Several Jewish leaders participated in the broadcast.
