Argentine Jewish immigration is boosting the numbers of Spain’s Jewish community. Federico Zukierman, vice president of the Hebraica Jewish community center in Madrid, said some 10,000 Argentine Jews arrived in Spain in 2004, the Europa Press news agency reported.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
