Professor M. Auerbach, famous scientist and eye specialist, has been appointed head of the Institute for the Scientific Study of the Visual Organs and for the Prevention of Blindness. The Institute will be established in Moscow and will operate in accordance with the newest scientific principles and surgical methods.
