A congratulatory message in Hebrew from Israel’s Premier David Ben Gurion was delivered today to Premier Josef Stalin on the occasion of the Soviet leader’s 70th birthday. The message was transmitted to the Kremlin by the Israel legation here and was accompanied by a French translation.
