The 75th birthday of Prof. Martin Buber of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem was celebrated in Berlin at a meeting sponsored by the League for Jewish-Christian Cooperation, it was reported here today. Dr. Buber, internationally known Jewish scholar and philosopher, was born in Vienna and made his reputation in pre-Nazi Germany.
