Binational beauty pageant
Israeli and Palestinian women took part in a beauty pageant outside Jerusalem. Tuesday night’s event in Gilo was titled “Miss Seam Line,” a wry reference to the former West Bank boundary that had split Jerusalem before the 1967 reunification.
