The B’nai B’rith International Council has been given consultative status with the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization, B’nai B’rith President Label Katz announced today. The Council will participate in “a mutual information relationship,” a UNESCO category for non-governmental groups, and will be represented at the UNESCO conference in Paris in May.
