Britain’s chief rabbi called on the president of the European Commission to urge Europe to combat anti-Semitism. “We have seen anti-Semitism rise to levels that give ordinary Jews cause for fear,” said Rabbi Jonathan Sacks, who also serves as associate president of the Conference of European Rabbis.
