Britain’s Tony Blair stopped short of endorsing Ehud Olmert’s unilateral West Bank withdrawal plan. Speaking at a news conference Monday in London after the two men met, the British prime minister said only that “other ways will have to be found” if Israelis and Palestinians cannot reach a negotiated solution.
