British, American, Russian Diplomats Agree on Joint Statement on Nazi Massacres

Representatives of the British, American and Russian Governments here were reported today to have reached an agreement on the general lines of a joint Allied statement which will be issued soon condemning the Nazi atrocities against Jews and outlining the special measures which have been decided upon to halt the mass-killing of the Jewish population in Nazi-held territories.

The statement has already been approved by the United States Government and the British Cabinet, well-informed circles stated today. A reply is awaited from Moscow before issuing the statement.
