At the suggestion of the American Jewish Congress, three-member tribunal convened here yesterday to consider charges brought by Ben(##)in Krieger, a former inmate of the Muhldorf concentration camp, against Meyer Mit(##)man, also a former immate who served as a block clerk and who is at present em(##)oyed by a synagogue in Oliphant, Pa., as a chicken slaughterer and a religious (##)ctionary.
Mr. Krieger maintains that the defendant killed his brother, Zelman, when he (##)ruck him over the head with a metal plate. The tribunal’s findings will eventually released to the Jewish community in Oliphant, without recommendations or sanctions.
