Lewis Jones, Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs, Per Janobson, managing director of the International Monetary Fund; Walter Sauer, executive vice-president of the Export-Import Bank; J. Burke Knapp, vice-president of the Bank for International Development, and others.
