Canadian Nazileader Refused Entry to U.S.; Held at Border

An attempt by William John Beattle, 24, Toronto Nazi party leader, to enter the United States, was foiled yesterday by United States border officials here.

Beattle had planned to go to a meeting of George Rockwell’s Nazis in Arlington, Va. He was denied entry when he told border officials that he planned to stay in the United States for three weeks but had only $21 in his possession.
