Muhamed Pasha Al Azami has informed the Iraq authorities that he has discovered a gold mine in the desert between Iraq and Syria. The mine, he says, is in the vicinity of Al Rutbech, within the boundaries of Iraq. He is negotiating with the authorities for the exploitation of the mine.
