Parcels of clothes incensed for the famine stricken population in Bessarabia will be admitted to R(###) free of duty, the Ministry of France declared in response to a pleasured by the Federation of Jewish (###) Organizations in Rommania seeking as alleviate the condition of the hunger suffers in Bessarabia.
