Monroe Sweetland, of the Student League for Industrial Democracy, in a speech before the Columbia University Socialist Club, yesterday urged students to fight Fascism and its various manifestations.

Mr. Sweetland declared that “unless students fight Fascism, near Fascism, ‘100 per cent Americanism’, and white Nordic student groups, we will be subject to the Fascist revolution that has swept over Europe.”

“The student groups in the United States are joining their forces with oppressed social minorities such as the Mexicans, the Negroes and the Jews,” he concluded.
