Creation of Hebrew Chair at Leningrad University Suggested in Russia

The Congress of Orientalists in Leningrad approved a resolution asking for the creation of a Chair of Hebrew Language at Leningrad University, it was reported here today from Moscow. Currently, according to the report, Hebrew instruction is part of the faculty for the science of Asiatic peoples but there is no Hebrew Chair.
