Currency Restrictions Liberalized for Emigrants from Germany

Residents of Germany who emigrate to other countries may now legally carry with them $350 in non-German currencies and $71 in German marks, it was announced here in pursuance of West Germany’s present policy of relaxing the tight currency control regulations.
