Czechoslovakia Frees Wandering Jews from Tax

Jewish exiles from Roumania passing through Czecho-Slovakia on their way to settle elswhere will be permitted to pass through the latter country without paying the customary transit tax.

Announcement that the Czecho-Slovakian government had ruled to this effect was made today by the United Jewish Emigration Committee.
