Premier Jan Syrovy has rejected a request for relaxation of the Government’s decision to deport refugees from Austria, it was announced today by League Refugee Commissioner Sir Neill Malcolm as he departed for London. The Premier told Sir Neill, however, that individual cases would be reviewed. (The Czech authorities have also refused to moderate their policy of forcibly repatriating refugees from Sudetenland, according to a new York times dispatch.)
