The Nazi controlled Danzig Senate has passed a bill authorizing confiscation of Jewish enterprises, houses and Jewish shares in houses, appointing commissars for property owned by Jews living abroad. The decree becomes effective next Tuesday.
(The United Press reported from Danzig that it was reliably learned the Polish authorities planned to protest application of the decree to Polish citizens.)
