Diplomats Hear Jabotinsky Plea for Mass Emigration

George S. Messersmith, United States Minter to Austria, and envoys of Poland, Rumania, Italy and Lithuania, tonight heard Vladimir Jabotinsky appeal for submission to the respective governments of his scheme for mass emigration of Jews to Palestine in ten years. Mr. Jabotinsky spoke at a banquet concluding a conference of the New Zionist Organization, of which he is president.
