Dr. David Lvovitch, vice-president of the World ORT Federation, sailed for New York on the Aquitania yesterday after a series of conferences on extension of the organization’s activities in several countries to provide training for refugees from the Reich. Among the projects discussed was a plan to extend the ORT’s refugee agricultural settlements near Bordeaux, France.
