Dr. Georg Bernhard, famous German-Jewish journalist and former editor-in-chief of the Vassische Zeitung, who has been in exile since the advent of the Hitler regime, will become a regular contributor to the Sunday issue of the Jewish Daily Bullein. Dr. Bernhard will write a weekly article for the Bulletin, the first of the series appearing this Sunday.

Dr. Bernhard’s first article in this Sunday’s Bulletin suggests the establishment of an international body to deal with the question of the Jews of Germany.

Knowa as a journalist, political scientist and economist, Dr. Bernhard is the author of many essays and works on politics, economics and world affairs. He was a member of the Reichstag, of the Council on National Economics and other public bodies, and served as president of the German Press Federation and of the International Federation of Journalists.

Dr. Bernhard has been active in German-Jewish affairs and has served as a director of the Central Union of German Citizens of the Jewish Faith, the Pro-Palestine Committee, the Ort and other Jewish organizations.

His articles in the Jewish Daily Bulletin will be fresh and authoritative expressions on world affairs by one of the greatest figures in contemporary journalism.
