Dr. Nahum Goldmann, president of the World Jewish Congress, predicted here today that diplomatic relations would be established soon between Wes: Germany and Israel. He foresaw such diplomatic relations “in the not too distant future. ” Paying his first visit to West Berlin in nine years, Dr. Goldmann said there were “no specific worries” facing Jews here.
