Dr. Menahem M. Edelstein, head of the department of teachers’ affairs of the Jewish Education Committee of New York, died here yesterday at the age of 64. Born in the Ukraine, he came to this country in 1912 and received degrees in engineering and education in this country. He was active in the Jewish and Hebrew education field, in the Labor Zionist movement and in the Jewish National Fund.
