Dr. Maurits Franken, noted Dutch lawyer and former vice-president of the Amsterdam High Court of Justice, died here at the age of 75. A fervent Zionist, Dr. Franken was an executive member of the Dutch Zionist Federation for many years. He was a former inmate of the Theresienstadt concentration camp. His two daughters live in Israel.
