Distinguished guests from the diplomatic and top Secretariat corps today attended a luncheon launching the publication of a new book, “Pictorial History of the United Nations,” by Dr. Jacob A. Rubin, UN correspondent for Haboker, a daily newspaper at Tel Aviv. Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt was the great of honor at the event, at which the book’s publisher, Thomas Yoseloff, was chairman.
