Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the World Zionist Organization, delivered his first public address following the conclusion of the Fifteenth Zionist Congress, at a mass meeting and banquet here where the Keren Hayesod campaign in Alsace Lorrain was inaugurated.
Upon his arrival Dr. Weizmann was given a reception at the Strasbourg synagogue. He announced that he will now commence a vigorous effort to alleviate the unemployment in Palestine.
