The highest decoration of the Government of El Salvador, the Order of the Grand Old Cross, was conferred today upon Israel’s President Itzhak Ben Zvi by Alfredo Ortiz Mancia, El Salvador’s Foreign Minister, who is visiting Israel. Present at the ceremony were Dr. Pinchas Rosen, Acting Foreign Minister of Israel and senior Foreign Ministry officials.
