Elie Wiesel will be the keynote speaker at the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe’s upcoming conference on anti-Semitism. The April 28-29 conference in Berlin begins a day after Wiesel is to address representatives of European Jewish communities at a meeting sponsored by the World Jewish Congress, according to the group’s executive vice president, Elan Steinberg.
