Erection of “an insurmountable barrier against the invasion of our shores of this hydra-headed monster of religious persecution” was urged yesterday by Chairman Frank R. McNinch of the Federation Communications Commission in an NBC Broadcast on the occasion of Universal Bible Sunday. He warned that it was not the Jews alone who were menaced by persecution, but all religion.
