Five Israeli border policemen are under arrest on suspicion of abusing Palestinians. The five conscripts were to be charged in Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court on Monday with humiliating and causing grievous bodily harm to two Palestinian youths they detained at a checkpoint outside the Israeli capital earlier this month.
