Five Jewish institutions have teamed up with local farms as an experiment in Jewish agricultural sustainability. Three synagogues, one Jewish Community Center and an Israeli farm have joined the two-year-old Tuv Ha’aretz Community-Supported Agriculture program run by Hazon, a New York-based organization that promotes Jewish environmentalism.
