Five residents of the Israeli village of Jisr a-Zarka have been charged in a Haifa court with killing an Israeli driver on the coastal highway during riots earlier this month. Jan Bechor of central Israel died from chest injuries when his car was stoned during disturbances by Israeli Arabs.
