A solution of the great problem raised by the dislocation of the Jews from the life of Germany as a result of the program of the Hitler regime, along Zionist lines, and the settlement of German Jews in Palestine, are featured on the agenda of the Eighteenth World Zionist Congress which will convene in Prague on August 21. The agenda was made public today at the offices of the World Zionist Organization here.
