A new Zind case seems to be in the making as a teacher in the town of Mandelsloh, Lower Saxony, was suspended for making public anti-Semitic remarks.

Legal action against the teacher. Edgar Fernau, has already been instituted by the prosecuting attorney. Fernau is charged with having made statements in a barber shop condoning, in effect, the murders, tortures and other crimes committed against Jews in Nazi concentration camps.
