The Elmschorner Credit Bank, the largest cooperative credit organization in Germany, has decided to oust all Jewish members and not admit new ones, despited the fact that its charter does not distinguish between Jews and non-Jews. This is the first credit society to take such a step, the Kieler Neuste Nachrichten comments.

The Voelkischer Beobachter complains that “Aryan” clothing retailers still are purchasing about 400,000,000 Reichsmarks worth of merchandise from Jewish manufacturers, presumably in one year. “This means that from twelve to fifteen million racial comrades unknowingly, certainly against their will, are helping to support Jewish enterprises,” the Nazi organ says. This can be rectified if consumers are careful to shop in stores displaying the sings of the Adefa, whose members sell only “Aryan” made goods, the paper concludes.
