Prime Minister Andreas Papandreou of Greece said today that the U.S. has to deal with the Palestine Liberation Organization if it wants to achieve peace in the Middle East. Papandreou, appearing from Athens on the ABC-TV “Issues and Answers” program, said he was raising the status of the PLO office in Athens to a diplomatic mission in order to stress this point.
