A denial of the report issued by the United States Football Association to the effect that members of the Hakoah Soccer team which recently visited America will join American teams for the forthcoming season was made by Dr. Ignaz H. Koerner, President of the Hakoah Club.
It is possible that Guttman will go to America in the Fall, Dr. Koerner stated.
Recent reports published in New York following the departure of the Hakoah Soccer Team stated that four of the Hakoah players, Neufeld, Eisenhofer, Schoenfeld and Drucker had signed contracts to play with the Brooklyn Wanderers during the forthcoming season, and that Captain Haeusler and Guttman had signed to play with the New York Giants.
