Hamas declared Israeli leaders “open targets” after one of the organization’s founders was killed Saturday in an Israeli helicopter missile attack in the Gaza Strip. Ibrahim Makadme, a senior political leader of Hamas, and three other Hamas members were killed when a missile struck their car.
