Hamas wants the United States to oversee a new “truce” with Israel, according to an Arabic newspaper. The London-based Al-Sharq Al-Awsat reported Tuesday that the Islamic terrorist group is willing to suspend attacks if Israel suspends military operations in Palestinian population centers, and if the United States and the international community guarantee implementation of the truce.
