Funeral services will be held here tomorrow for Harold K. Guinzburg, a founder and president of the Viking Press, a publishing house, who died yesterday at the age of 61 after a brief illness.

Mr. Guinzburg, a pioneer in the book club field, had been a vice-president of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, a member of the executive committee of the American Jewish Committee and a member of the board of directors of the Joint Distribution Committee. He was past president of the American Book Publishers Council.
