Harold Rosenblatt, International Refugee Organization team director for the Munich area, died during the week-end of a heart attack at the town of Gauting, 40 miles from here. He was 38.
A native of Pittsburgh, Rosenblatt served with UNRRA since April, 1946. Before that he was a captain in the U.S. Army tank corps.
